It is our hope that the Association will serve the unique needs of these employees by promoting an understanding of the concerns of black and other minority faculty, staff and administrators and by providing professional development and mentoring to increase opportunities for leadership.

The purpose of this Association is to recognize and promote the advancement of current and future Black professionals at Idaho State University through professional development, advocacy, support, networking opportunities, and community engagement.
