Welcome to the web site of Dr. Rob Van Kirk, Associate Professor of Mathematics
at Idaho State University.
The site is designed to provide useful information on all aspects of my
work here at ISU: teaching, research,
and service. I teach a variety of mathematics courses, specializing in
applied mathematics and differential equations at the senior and
graduate levels. My research interests lie in the broad field of
watershed science and include surface and ground-water hydrology,
stream ecology, and fisheries management.
