    Full profit and loss, personnel and technical responsibility for 34 employees. EICPL was a successful independent reference laboratory servicing all of southeastern Idaho, western Wyoming and northern Utah.
    1989-1991 Regional manager for Smith-Kline Beecham Clinical Laboratories - managing their locations in Idaho and Utah including the above three laboratories which came under a contract with them in 1990. This position also included full P&L and personnel responsibilities. These laboratories were sold and are still operating under the LabCorps name.
    1991-1995 Director and co-owner EXCEL Laboratory, Pocatello, Idaho (sold to Smith Kline in 1995). EXCEL was a veterinary and reference laboratory operating in southern Idaho. This laboratory was sold but is still operating under the Quest name.
    1991-1993 Visiting Assistant Professor Idaho State University
    In charge of developing. implementing and teaching the Medical Technology program and securing initial accreditation.  Three–quarter time appointment.
    1993-2000 Assistant Professor Idaho State University – three quarter time.
    Medical Technology program coordinator, teacher and additional teaching responsibilities in Pathophysiology and the Physicians Assistant Program. Implementation of WEB based 
    education for this program in cooperation with Dr. Carolyn Bunde. 
    2000-Present Appointment changed to Clinical Assistant Professor and changed to full time 12 month.

1984 Workshop and presentation on platelets and hemostasis at the Intermountain Clinical Laboratory Science Meetings – Jackson Hole Wyoming.
1984-1987 Faculty - Bureau of Laboratories State of Idaho - Developed and delivered multimedia continuing education workshops for state of Idaho on Coagulation, Immunology and Veterinary testing.
1987 Developed informal curriculum to prepare non Medical Technologists to sit for national certification exam in cooperation with EICPL and Bannock Regional Hospital
1991-Present Medical Technology Coordinator and assistant professor . I have had full responsibility for curriculum development, innovation, assessment and 2 successful accreditation rounds for the Medical Technology Program at Idaho State University. I Have developed the following courses and along with Dr. Carolyn Bunde adapted them for WEB presentation:

I have also presented numerous continuing education workshops and lectures for regional and state professional meetings covering a variety of topics.

1998 Organized and presented an all day session for veterinarians and their staff in covering application of human laboratory techniques to Veterinary diagnosis.
2000 Presented one three hour workshop, one one hour workshop and two technology demonstrations as well as co-authored ( mentored) six student presentations (not listed in citations).  One of these presentations and 2 papers have been submitted for publication to MLO ( Medical Laboratory Observer).
