Study questions:  International clinical trials

1.  In light of the discovery of the 076 Regimen, what experiments were proposed?  Why did
they need to take place in other countries?

2.  What moral problems do these trials raise? On what grounds do Lurie and Wolfe argue
they many of them are unjust?  How might defenders of these experiments respond to
       these objections?

3.  What constraints do Glantz, Annas, Grodin, and Mariner propose for clinical trials that
take place in other countries?  On what grounds do they think that trials that violate
these constraints are unjust?  (How can an experiment be unjust if informed consent
is obtained and no one is harmed?)
