Study questions:  Cantor and Baum, "The Limits of Conscientious Objection"

1.  Explain briefly the considerations that the authors discuss both for and against the idea of
a pharmacist's right of conscientious refusal.  Which of these considerations do you think
       are the most crucial?

2.  In light of the considerations they raise, the authors propose a "balanced" solution.  Explain
briefly the solution they propose.  What limits do they establish on a pharmacist's right to
refuse?  What potential problems do you see for this proposed solution?
