1. Arendt discusses in these chapters the way in which the Final solution was implemented in
       a variety of countries occupied by the Nazis.  Choose two of the countries that
       interest you the most.  Explain Arendt's account of how events proceeded in these
       countries.  What do we learn from these examples?
