- Jenny Semenza: Head of Reference - Library
- Karen Kearns has been the Head of Special Collections & Archives at the Oboler Library since 2001. She has a Masters of Library Science from the University of Kentucky, and specializes in historical research and resources.

- Mark Edwards, Advisor, Central Academic Advising
- Regina Koury is an Electronic Resources and Reference Librarian at Eli Oboler library. She had previously worked at the University of Southern California with experience in electronic resources, serials, interlibrary loan and public desk services. Regina received an MS in Library and Information Science from University of Pittsburgh, and is currently taking graduate coursework in Instructional Technology at the Idaho State University
- Spencer Jardine works in ISU’s Oboler Library teaching students how to do research in the instruction room as well as at the reference desk. He graduated with a master’s of library and information science at the University of Iowa in 2007.
