Where in the world's history is Guadalajara?

There is NO CLASS TODAY nor on Wednesday, 20 October. I will be Idaho State University's representative in the governor's delegation to Idaho's brother State of Jalisco, Mexico. The capital of Jalisco is Guadalajara; hence the question for this segment of the course's organization.

ASSIGNMENT: By 3:30 pm on Thursday, 21 October, you are to turn in a report on the political/military interactions involving the locus you have chosen for your research project and their changes during the period 1350-1825. You must leave a hard copy, complete with the necessary maps and their overlay coverages or themes, in my mailbox in the Department of History office. You must also post the text and bibliography, in ASCII ("plain text," "DOS text"), to the SpEmp list for comment by your fellow students.

Mail questions now. Please include your name and e-mail address in the body of your message.
