"The Cross and the Sword"
We will watch a movie, entitled "The Cross and the Sword," as a means to
prepare for the first examination on Wednesday, 29 September. Some of the
movie's themes (e.g., the conquest of the Aztec empire) serve as an
introduction to topics that we will discuss only after the exam.
In this movie, you will enjoy "meeting" the author of one of your books, J. H.
Elliott.
