- Mexico's first electronic journal of historiography. Published by the

Coimbra itself, one of Europe's oldest universities.

surviving organization itself.
- Conlon Nancarrow
- Conlon Nancarrow, who died in 1997, was an innovative American modernist
composer who went to fight in Spain as a member of the Abraham Lincoln
Brigade. He was one of the recipients of the so-called "genius award" of the
MacArthur Foundation. Here you can get some excerpts of his work.
