Objectives on Rigid Motions
Be able to:
- State definitions of key terms.
- Given a figure and its image drawn on the page, find the objects
for the rigid motion that sends the figure to its image.
- Identify the combination of two rigid motions (for types that
were discussed in class or on homework).
- Precisely describe all of the symmetries of a given figure
(without justification).
- Restate proofs or parts of proofs covered in class on rigid
motions.
- Provide proofs of results similar to homework problems or parts
of homework problems.
