Outreach and Advocacy
The Veterans' Sanctuary Program worked closely with state lawmakers to give all military veterans in-state tuition at Idaho's colleges and universities. The resulting law accomplishes this, and unlike the federal Yellow Ribbon Program (which applies to only vets who have served since Sept. 11, 2001), it benefits veterans of all eras.
