Font Palette
Consistent typography is an important part of any graphic identity program. Several fonts have been selected as the official fonts for Idaho State University. These fonts should be used in all University publications.
The two main font families utilized are the ROTIS family and the FUTURA family. Bickham Script Pro may be used for formal purposes.
The Rotis family is recommended for use in bodies of text.
The Garamond family, a more commonly available font, is an acceptible alternative to the Rotis family.
The Futura family is recommended for use in headings and sub-headings.
The Kabel family is an acceptible alternative to the Futura family.
Bickham Script Pro is available for formal pieces. It should be used only in headings and sub-headings, never for a body of text.
