Marketing Materials Approval Committee
921 S. 8th Avenue, Stop 8265
Pocatello, ID 83209-8265 - Prior College Approval: Each college (or other campus equivalent) is responsible for the promotional materials generated within its area. Marketing materials should be approved at the college-level before submission to the MMAC for final approval. Colleges should ensure that materials have been thoroughly proofread, accurately reflect the University and meet ISU’s Graphic Identity Standards before submitting them to the MMAC.
- Open Meetings: Those submitting marketing materials to the MMAC are welcomed and encouraged to attend meetings in which their materials will be reviewed. This gives the committee the opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding of the piece’s purpose and use. Those submitting materials benefit from hearing suggestions first-hand.
- Committee Feedback: Those who choose not to attend the meeting for immediate feedback will receive proofed copies of their submission via campus mail. Submissions can also be picked up in the University Relations Office directly after the meeting. Please give prior notice if you plan to pick up your submission.
