Online News Release Forms
We encourage any faculty or staff member with news and information to submit a brief article about your research, program or event. Online News Release Forms are an easy way to submit this information to the University Relations staff. All information will be reviewed by a University Relations staff writer. Submissions that are deemed newsworthy and appropriate will be written in Associated Press style before being distributed to the media. A submission may result in a follow-up call from a University Relations staff writer for additional information.
Events to be publicized should be open to the general public or the media. (The news release will be sent to the contact person before being distributed to the media.)
The University Relations Office reserves the right to edit submissions if necessary and/or refuse posting if the submission is not deemed newsworthy or appropriate.
