Dr. Adrienne King joined Idaho State University in February 2014 as the Director of Marketing and Communications and oversees the university's strategic marketing communications. Throughout her career, King has worked at both public and private higher education institutions. She earned her Doctor of Education in educational leadership in higher education administration from West Virginia University. She also holds a Master of Science degree in integrated marketing communications from WVU and a bachelor's degree in advertising/public relations and graphic design from Marietta College in Ohio.

A native of Idaho, Taylor returned to the Gem State in 1995 after spending about two years in Alaska and about nine in Seattle. He has worked as a public information specialist at ISU since August 1998. He earned a journalism degree from the University of Idaho in 1983 and a computer information systems certificate from North Seattle Community College in 1992. He has worked for a variety of publications, including "The Peninsula Clarion" newspaper of Kenai, Alaska, "Fishing and Hunting News" magazine based in Seattle, the "Idaho State Journal" and as a stringer for Associated Press. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, cross-country skiing, fly fishing and hiking—all activities easily enjoyed in SE Idaho.
Public Relations Specialist

Chris has more than 20 years' experience as a television, newspaper and magazine journalist. She began her career at the Idaho State Journal newspaper and KPVI-TV in Pocatello before reporting for television stations in Tulsa, Milwaukee and Phoenix, Ariz.
She's written about the television news industry for Communicator, the magazine of the Radio-Television News Directors Association, and freelanced for several south Florida newspapers, including the Miami Sun Post.
Before joining the ISU Marketing and Communications Office in 2007, Chris worked in the staff development and public relations offices of Broward Community College in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
Chris holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Boise State University and a master's degree in journalism from New York University.
Public Information Specialist

Emily joined Marketing and Communications in May 2009. Before beginning her career at ISU, she worked in the newspaper business for 10 years, most of them at the Idaho State Journal.
Emily enjoys skiing, hiking and spending time with her husband Matt and her two children, Anne Marie and Thomas. She is a graduate of University of Montana, with a bachelor's degree in journalism.
Originally from Chicago, Bethany relocated to Pocatello in 2011, joining the Marketing and Communications department as a staff member of Photographic Services. She earned her bachelor's degree in Fine Arts at Indiana State University, studying abroad in Galway, Ireland in the spring of 2009. For over two years, Bethany worked as a photographer and photo editor for the campus newspaper "The Indiana Statesman", eventually moving into the Marketing and Communications department at her alma mater.
Prior to her studies at Indiana State, Bethany was a regular summer photo contributor for "Gateway to Canyon Country", a quarterly travel magazine covering the Four Corners region of northern Arizona.
As an outdoor enthusiast, Bethany enjoys hiking, kayaking, rafting, and snowboarding, just a few of the abundant recreations found in beautiful southeast Idaho.
Video Production Specialist
Martin is an ISU graduate with a dual-emphasis degree in Creative Writing and Professional Writing from the English and Philosophy department. When not shooting or editing video, he enjoys nerding out with his friends and family.
Graphic Design Specialist I
Joey is an ISU graduate with a degree in Advertising/PR from the Mass Communication department. He has enjoyed being creative for most of his life and enjoys getting to continue that as a profession. With a bachelor's degree in Creative Writing from the University of Arizona, Joey also contributes an occasional headline.
Web Design Specialist
Joe received a BA in Music from ISU in 2004. Prior to working at Marketing and Communications, Joe was a freelance web designer, and field director for political campaigns.
