This is a great event to break up the repeatative tight of College Students.

UPC wanted to make Students' week enjoyable by having live music and free lunch twice a month. (every 2nd and 4th Tuesday)

Dead Week Releif

UPC wanted to help make dead week not so bad for students

So UPC held a series of stress relieving events throughout desd week. We had fun activities such as movie nights, free lunch, and sume wrestling

Community Cinema: Hell & Back again

Date: April 17 2012

Community Cinema is a groundbreaking public education and civic engagement initiative feeaturing free monthly screenings of films from Emmy Award-winning series Independent Lens.

Community Cinema is on location in more than 95 cities nationally, bringing together leading organizations, community members, and public television stations to learn, discuss, and get involved in key social issues of our time.

Late Night at the Union

UPC brought in a mentalist, Sean Bott, we had free food , t-shirts, and prizes

Volunteer Fair

Date: Sept 7, 2011

UPC held a volunteer fair where we had agencies within the Pocatello community come to ISU to tell students about volunteer oppurtuinities

Service Saturday

Date: April 21, 2012

UPC led a volunteer event to kick off National Volunteer Week and Earth Week. Students had the option of volunteering at one of the three agencies: Pocatello Zoo, Aid fot Friends, and Red Hill. Each location involved landscaping work and clean up work

Monday Night Football

Date: Fall 2011

UPC wanted an opportunity for students who love sports to get together and watch them here on campus every week. We had a buffet and snacks for students as well as door prizes. Our grand prize was a trip to see the Denver Broncos

ISU's Tree Lighting Festival

Date: Dec 1, 2011

ISU held a Christmas event. We had an ice sculpture, Christmas goodies, kid's crafts, carriage rides and ISU's choir. Admission was free to everyone in the community
