If you want to find out what is happening at Idaho State University, the Information Desk is the place to go. We have information for a variety of events, meetings and other activities on campus. We can tell you what, when and where.
The Information Desk has a list of telephone numbers for all students who wish to be listed. In addition, we have department numbers and office extensions for faculty and staff at ISU.

The Information Desk can check laptops out to students with a valid Bengal ID. The laptops are connected to ISU's wireless network and allow students to access email, internet, and other computer services. For more information, please contact the Computer Center or visit their website.

Check Cashing
The Information Desk can assist you with your check cashing needs. With a valid ISU Bengal card we can cash your 1-party, 2-party, parental and payroll checks under the following guidelines:
- Personal Check: $25.00
- ISU and Chartwells Payroll: $150.00
For your convenience, we have two ATM's in the Student Union Building.
