Chris Vaage has been at ISU-Twin Falls since 1997. She holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from ISU and has 25 years experience in Student Services.

Lesa Wagner has worked at ISU-Twin Falls since 2000. She holds a B.S. in Human Resource Training and Development and is currently working on a Master's Degree.

Maggi Seipel joined ISU-Twin Falls in early 2007. Maggi has many years of administrative experience and is a great asset to our office. We are happy to welcome her to our team.

Kurtis Moser began his ISU career in October 2010 working for Educational Technology Services as a Video Instructional Manager. He holds a B.S. in Communications from Brigham Young University-Idaho.

Assistant Professor of Teacher Education

Dr. Fay Kelle

Dr. Diana Hooley is an assistant professor in Teacher Education for Idaho State University. Dr. Hooley received her BA degree in History from Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She received both her Master’s in English and her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from Boise State University. Previous to her work in education, Dr. Hooley was a writer, newspaper reporter, and columnist for six years. However, Dr. Hooley has an extensive career in public education. Dr. Hooley taught for 20 years in the Mountain Home School District, Mountain Home, Idaho. During this time period Dr. Hooley continued her own educational experience garnering six different certifications in secondary education areas: history, English, social studies, speech/debate, humanities, and reading. During her tenure in Mountain Home, Dr. Hooley taught middle school social studies for six years, the district gifted and talented program, K-12, for four years, and high school English and speech/debate for 10 years. Dr. Hooley was awarded the Debate teacher of the year for Idaho 1999-2000 by the Idaho Speech Arts Teachers Association. In addition, Dr. Hooley is a member and has served on the Idaho Board of the International Reading Association. Dr. Hooley is also a member of the Idaho Writing Project.

Dr. Fay Kelle

Fay received her B.S. in Secondary Education, Speech and English from the University of OK, a Master of Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service at the University of AR, Little Rock as well as a Master of Human Relations from the University of OK and a Doctor of Philosophy: Cultural Foundations of Education and Curriculum from Syracuse University.
In addition to having been a 5th and 6th grade teacher in Braman, OK, Fay's diverse background includes: Founding EPIC Education in Tulsa, OK; Assistant Professor, Mary Baldwin College, Adult Degree Program and MA in Teaching; Educational Consultant for Democratic Citizenship Education in Malawi, Africa; National Field Director and Assistant Legislative Director for Women's Action for Nuclear Disarmament in Washington, D.C. and Boston; U.S. Congressional Fellow, Women's Research and Education Institute, Washington, D.C, as well as various teaching assignments in West Germany.
