Argos Reporting, New & Coming Soon!
These Argos reports have been recently released. Look for them under the Reports @ISU (Argos) channel in BengalWeb.
You can only see the information within a report if you have been given access privileges, either from the Time sheet Organization security system or the Fund Organization security system. If you approve time sheets you will have Time sheet Organization security. If you are a budget director or if you have budget lookup access, you will have Fund Organization security.
- Earnings Audit Report List of employees by employee, employee class, earnings code, department, pay period, index code, and account Code. Sorted by Time sheet Organization, with access granted based on Time sheet Organization security.
- Monthly Payroll Report List of earnings organized by Index Code, showing regular salaries and fringe benefits for each employee. Access granted based on Fund Organization security and others granted account lookup privileges.
- Leave Balance Report List of employees and their leave balances, organized by Time sheet Organization, with access granted based on Time sheet Organization security.
