How to Log In (& Out)
Your BengalWeb User Name and Password are the same as for your ISU email. Example: If your ISU email is email@example.com, your User Name is doejane.
Students: If you do not know what your ISU email User Name and Password are, you can find them in the Email Access Information link under the My Accounts section in your MyISU portal (http://my.isu.edu). If you still need assistance, contact the IT Service Desk for help: 282-4357(help), firstname.lastname@example.org.

To change your password, complete and submit the online Network Services Password Change form. Passwords will usually change within five minutes.
To log in to and use the system, you must supply a valid username and password and be using a recent version of a standard Internet browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer.

If you are trying to log in to the system using another browser, you may experience difficulties.
If you are using one of the browsers named above, and you are still having difficulties —
When you are finished using BengalWeb, you should log out. This prevents others from accessing your account through any browser windows that you may have left open. It also disconnects you cleanly from any other systems that you may be logged in to, such as ISU's administrative services.
The Logout Window will appear. Wait until the process is complete. Your browser should return to the login page. You may now access other web pages or close out your web browser.
