Sample Time Sheet Entries
Faculty not earning vacation time submit time sheets ONLY in pay periods in which they've taken sick leave. They do not submit time sheets when sick leave has not been taken.

Example: You were out sick on Wednesday of the first week of the pay period.

Earnings Categories for 9-, 10-, or 11-Month Faculty
No Exceptions
- NOT used. 9-, 10-, and 11-month faculty (faculty not earning vacation time) only report time in pay periods when they have taken Sick Leave.
Categories of Leave
- Sick Leave: Used when you are sick, at a medical appointment, or caring for an eligible family member who is ill. This code is also used for reporting time used for bereavement leave for a death in the family as defined in the Faculty/Staff handbook.
Categories of Comp Time and Overtime: None.
