What Argos Reports are Available?

These following Argos reports are available for employees to use. Look for them under the Reports @ISU (Argos) channel in BengalWeb.

You can only see the information within a report if you have been given access privileges, either from the Time sheet Organization security system or the Fund Organization security system.

If you approve time sheets you will have Time sheet Organization security. If you are a budget director or if you have budget lookup access, you will have Fund Organization security.

  • Financial Aid Work Eligibility Report
    • allows you to quickly see how much work study a student has been awarded, how much has been paid out, and how much is still available.   Note:  it will only retrieve information if you have T-Org access.  

  • Class List report is only available to Department Chairs, but it allows them to pull up a list of all the students enrolled in a class.  It includes their major, their class level (Jr, Sr, etc), veteran status, email info, and other information.  We have had many requests from faculty for just such a list, and this includes most of the information they are looking for.  (But no pictures yet, unfortunately.)
