To Log In
Your BengalWeb User Name and Password are the same as for your ISU email. Example: If your ISU email is doejane@isu.edu, your User Name is doejane.
Don't Know Your User Name or Password?
If you do not know your email user name or password, please contact the IT Service Desk at (208) 282-HELP (4357) for assistance.
Change Your Password
To change your password, complete and submit the online Network Services Password Change form. Passwords will usually change within five minutes.
Other Problems Logging In?
To log in to and use the system, you must supply a valid username and password and be using a recent version of a standard Internet browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer.

If you are trying to log in to the system using another browser, you may experience difficulties.

Logging Out
When you are finished using BengalWeb, you should log out. This prevents others from accessing your account through any browser windows that you may have left open. It also disconnects you cleanly from any other systems that you may be logged in to, such as ISU's administrative services.
To log out, just click the logout icon in the upper right-hand corner of BengalWeb:

The Logout Window will appear. Wait until the process is complete. Your browser should return to the login page. You may now access other web pages or close out your web browser.
