Dr. Traci Bliss, who received her B.A., M.A., and Ph.D degrees from Stanford University, coordinates the College of Education, Teacher Education Program in Twin Falls. She has been a professor at ISU since 1996. Prior to becoming a professor she taught secondary history and government in Northern California. She currently serves as a Community Representative on the Times-News Editorial Board. |
