Cary Craner began his ISU career in 1999 working for the Media Center in Pocatello. He transferred to Twin Falls in 2001. He holds a B.S. in Biology from ISU.

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Fay Kelle to the Teacher Education Program in Twin Falls. Fay received her B.S. in Secondary Education, Speech and English from the University of OK, a Master of Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service at the University of AR, Little Rock as well as a Master of Human Relations from the University of OK and a Doctor of Philosophy: Cultural Foundations of Education and Curriculum from Syracuse University.
In addition to having been a 5th and 6th grade teacher in Braman, OK, Fay's diverse background includes: Founding EPIC Education in Tulsa, OK; Assistant Professor, Mary Baldwin College, Adult Degree Program and MA in Teaching; Educational Consultant for Democratic Citizenship Education in Malawi, Africa; National Field Director and Assistant Legislative Director for Women's Action for Nuclear Disarmament in Washington, D.C. and Boston; U.S. Congressional Fellow, Women's Research and Education Institute, Washington, D.C, as well as various teaching assignments in West Germany.

Lois began working for ISU in 2001. She splits her time between two offices; working 8:00-12:00 for Regional Special Education and 1:00-5:00 for the Twin Falls Teacher Education Program.
