Maggi Seipel has been with ISU-Twin Falls since 2007. Maggi holds a B.S. in Human Resource Training and Development and is currently working on an M.Ed. through ISU.

Kurtis Moser

Kurtis Moser began his ISU career in October 2010 working for Educational Technology Services as a Video Instructional Manager. He holds a B.S. in Communications from Brigham Young University-Idaho.

Assistant Professor of Education, Twin Falls Teacher Education Curriculum and Instruction

Dr. Fay Kelle

Dr. Diana Hooley is an assistant professor in Teacher Education for Idaho State University. Dr. Hooley received her BA degree in History from Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She received both her Masterís in English and her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from Boise State University. Previous to her work in education, Dr. Hooley was a writer, newspaper reporter, and columnist for six years. However, Dr. Hooley has an extensive career in public education. Dr. Hooley taught for 20 years in the Mountain Home School District, Mountain Home, Idaho. During this time period Dr. Hooley continued her own educational experience garnering six different certifications in secondary education areas: history, English, social studies, speech/debate, humanities, and reading. During her tenure in Mountain Home, Dr. Hooley taught middle school social studies for six years, the district gifted and talented program, K-12, for four years, and high school English and speech/debate for 10 years. Dr. Hooley was awarded the Debate teacher of the year for Idaho 1999-2000 by the Idaho Speech Arts Teachers Association. In addition, Dr. Hooley is a member and has served on the Idaho Board of the International Reading Association. Dr. Hooley is also a member of the Idaho Writing Project.

Office Specialist II

Dr. Fay Kelle

Heidi Hersey joined us at the beginning of 2012. She has a strong background in office and program management. Heidi has worked in the Idaho State employment system since 1989. She is looking forward to starting courses in the Spring of 2013, pursuing a lifelong dream of furthering her education in Accounting and Business management.

 

Mascot

Dr. Fay Kelle

Benny is a vibrant and energetic character, entertains the crowd, and makes everyone smile. He grew up deep in the jungle of Pocatello. Benny roams around the the College of Southern Idaho campus and promotes continuing education with ISU. His favorite job is to attend classes and make surpise appearences. He is the biggest supporter of Bengal Wednesdays!
