Withdrawal Policy/ Dates
If you are taking a Tech Prep course for college credit while in high school and wish to withdraw, you must do so prior to the withdrawal deadline dates listed below for the 2009-10 school year:
- Fall Semester 12/15/09
- 1st Trimester 10/23/09
- 2nd Trimester 1/26/10
- Spring Semester 4/27/10
- 3rd Trimester 4/27/10
Contact the Region 5 Tech Prep Office at 208-282-5410 if you must withdraw from a dual credit course because you:
- decided to take the course for high school credit only,
- transfer out of the class, or
- transfer to another high school. No refunds are given for withdrawals.
Students who do not withdraw and/or fail to complete the course requirements will remain registered in the college course. Those students will likely receive a failing grade for the class, which will become part of their permanent college academic record.
