Volunteers are always welcome at the Bannock Humane Society! Volunteers can help in many ways, including, but not limited to: Providing foster homes for dogs and/or cats, helping at shot clinics, helping at Show and Tells, investigating cruelty cases, organizing fundraising events.

The Pocatello Animal Shelter has a Volunteer Program and we need your help! We have set the program up so that we can provide better training, guidance and flexibility for our volunteers than we have been able to in the past. We need help on many levels, including walking, training and socialization of the animals, clerical help, adoptions and housekeeping for the animals in our care.

The Pocatello Zoo has several different programs to encourage volunteers to become involved in civil leadership and volunteerism. Eligible volunteers must complete an application and interview.
