Event: On September 25, 2007 PNHS will have their annual dinner. This is an opportunity for the organization to give back to the community with a potato dinner & door prizes. PNHS is in need of volunteers to help set up, clean-up, decorate & help with the silent auction. No experience needed.
Newsletter; PNHS is seeking a volunteer to help out with putting together a one page newsletter. No experience needed, prefer computer skills.
Field Work; PNHS is in the middle of wrapping up a rehab campaign. They have helped hundreds of Pocatello families with their home improvement needs. One of the ways they get the word out is by disseminating door hangers on door knobs in their targeted neighborhoods. No experience needed. Outreach Coordinator will accompany volunteers.
War on Weeds Campaign, PNHS has partnered with Valley Pride and others to combat Pocatello’s war on weeds. They are seeking volunteers to help spruce up areas in the targeted neighborhoods by pulling weeds. No experience is needed or equipment. Gloves, garbage bags, water & weed tools are provided.
