General Information
Eligibility
All fee paying ISU students may obtain services at the Student Health Center. There is no charge to see a physician for students carrying 8 or more credits. Part-time students and spouses of full-time students pay a $30.00 clinic fee. If billable services are involved, the Student Health Center staff will bill private as well as ASISU student insurance. A valid student ID card or spouse card is required to obtain services. University faculty, staff, and students paying with a fee waiver card are not eligible to use the Student Health Center.
Students are not required to purchase the ASISU student insurance in order to obtain services at the Student Health Center. However, full-time enrollment at ISU requires that students be covered by some form of health insurance.
