Areas of Responsibility: The UBO is responsible for all financial transactions within Student Affairs, including requisitions, direct pays, purchase cards, student travel, employee travel, journal vouchers and interdepartmental invoices as well as budgetary controls, Human Resource issues, and other strategic management analysis or projects. The UBO provides training and support for policies and procedures and acts as a liaison between Student Affairs and Central Administration.
