An Overview of the IDEA program components:
The IDEA program includes the following components: a pre-assessment of your individual development in the multiple dimensions when you begin the IDEA program; an activity planner of educational activities in nine dimensions at ISU; an activity transcript (to be administered by the Career Development Center as a supplement to your academic transcript and resume); and a post-assessment of your individual development in multiple dimensions when you leave ISU. These program components are designed to fit together, but it is possible to participate in less then all of the components and still derive benefit from the experience.
