Meeting Minutes for November 8, 2006
Meeting called to order at 3:00pm
Roll Call
Chris Smith, Victor Godfrey, Corban Christensen, Linda Stuffle, Edwin Guerra, James Cleaver, Anisa Como, Dr. Chiu, Jason Andrus, Tyler White, Taylor Chase, Eric Rawlins, Mike Zaremba.
Initiation
This Saturday, Heritage Room, SUB, November 11, 4-5pm with banquet at Elmer's following at 6pm.
Initiates
- Meet @ 3:30pm in the third floor of the SUB.
- Bring your check for $65.00 made out to Tau Beta Pi
- Bring signature sheets
- Best dress
- A guest is invited to dinner, but not allowed during initiation (guests will have to wait outside)
Members
- Help with setup at 3:00pm in the Heritage Room
- Come support new members
- Dinner will be paid for members helping out
Volunteer opportunity
November 18, ~9:00am - 4:00pm, the Lego League will be held at Reed Gym. Volunteers are needed. Please contact Ryan Loveland or Dr. Wabrek to let them know you will be helping.
Scholarships / Fellowships
Scholarship and Fellowship applications are available through the www.tbp.org website.
Engineering Future's Session
We are still planning on putting together a session next semester.
Spring District Conference
As usual, we will be hosting the annual District Conference, please mark your calendars for March 3, 2007. We will be discussing this more at later meetings.
