Roll Call
Edwin Guerra, James Cleaver, Josh Daw, Christopher Smith, Odin Townsend, Ryan Loveland, Doug Alder, Jeff Mansfield, and Dr. Gene Stuffle.
Call to Order
Meeting called to order at 7:33am.
Club Business
Pizza
We decided to have our pizza at a location to be announced at noon on Wednesday, May 3rd.
Graduation stoles
Linda purchased graduation stoles for members, there will be a deposit fee to ensure that we get them back. Please talk to Dr. Stuffle for more details if you plan to wear this for graduation.
Election
Chris Smith was elected as President for the next academic year. Edwin Guerra was elected VP. Ryan Loveland was elected Secretary. James Cleaver was elected Cataloguer. Anisa Como was elected Treasurer. All advisors were re-elected and we added the election of Dr. Naidu. Congratulations.
Supplemental Funding Request
TBP was granted $925 for next year.
Press release
Last weekend the Idaho State Journal printed the University Relations pressrelease.
Our club received $930 for a variety of activities for next year. We should be able to send more people to the National Convention in October.
Next meeting
There won't be more meetings, other than the pizza gathering for the rest of the semester. Good luck to everyone.
