In the spring semester, we present our annual ISU Day of Percussion. Hosted by Dr.Hasenpflug, this tradition started in 2004, and has brought in a variety of nationally recognized guest artists.
Day of percussion activities include concerts, artist workshop/clinics and masterclasses, and for the past few years have been able to accommodate local area percussion ensembles in festival presentation.
Dr. Eric Hollenbeck of Colorado State University is shown here working
with the Highland High School percussion ensemble at the 2006 ISU Day of Percussion.
