Mission Statement
The BTC has a three-fold mission which involves public sectors and businesses:
To be a "one-stop shop" for economic development programs.
To incubate new start-up businesses.
To further the mission of the University.
Services
Operating under a "shared services" concept, the Business and Technology Center provides tenants assistance in dealing with business and technical concerns, while providing on site access to a range of services and equipment including receptionist, workroom with copier and fax machine, and conference room.Lease
Lease rates and space offerings are negotiated on an individual basis. Lease terms vary between 6 months to 5 years, depending upon the needs of the company. All leases include the services listed as well as utilities, custodial, parking, and building security.
