2007 Clery Crime Statistics

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security and Crime Statitics Act requires that Idaho State University accurately report statistics on the following criminal offenses for period ending December, 2007.

Housing statistics are included in "On Campus" calculations.

There have been no reportable incidents of hate/bias crime in the above categories.

These crime statistics are those reported using the Spillman Crime Reporting System, ISU Public Safety and Pocatello Police Department. Pocatello Police provides crime statistics for Pocatello's City Crime. For statistics on other campus crimes and incidents see the 2005-2007 annual report.

Sex crimes statistics are not gathered from off campus resources other than the Pocatello Police Department.

On Campus:
Any building or property owned or controlled by an institution of higher education.

Housing:
Dormitories or other residential facilities for students on campus. (Is included in the On Campus Category)

Off Campus:
Any building or property owned or controlled by a student organization, officially recognized by the institution (fraternities - sororities)

Public Property:
All public property including thoroughfare, streets, sidewalks and parking facilities, and is within the campus, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.
