The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security and Crime Statitics Act requires that Idaho State University accurately report statistics on the following criminal offenses for period ending December, 2006.

These crime statistics are those reported using the Spillman Crime Reporting System, ISU Public Safety and Pocatello Police Department.  Pocatello Police provides crime statistics for Pocatello's City Crime. Sex crimes statistics are not gathered from off campus resources other than the Pocatello Police Department.

Off Campus:
Any building or property owned or controlled by a student organization, officially recognized by the institution (fraternities - sororities)
Public Property:
All public property including thoroughfare, streets, sidewalks and parking facilities, and is within the campus, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.
