ISU Parking Citation Appeals Form

Examples of parking appeals rarely granted:

Did not know the regulations or see the sign Didn’t have time or money to purchase a permit
Running an errand for a University department Violator parked previously and not received ticket
Could not find a legal place to park Was only parked "a few minutes"
Others were illegally parked "Someone" told them they could park there
Violation of disabled parking Someone else was driving my vehicle

 

 

In accordance with the ISU Traffic and Parking Regulations, I am appealing the Parking Citation listed below:

(i.e., General Lot Violation, Reserve Lot Violation, etc.)
