A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U02725-On 09/14/13 at approximately 0903 hours at the Business Administration Building, Public Safety responded to the report of ceiling damage in the lobby of the building. A Maintenance Request was submitted to fix the hole. 13-U02726-On 09/14/13 at approximately 1040 hours at the Garrison Hall, Public Safety responded to the report of a malfunctioning elevator. 13-U02728-On 09/14/13 at approximately 1700 hours at the Holt Arena, Public Safety responded to the report of a non-ISU student smoking in the building. 13-U02729-On 09/14/13 at approximately 1827 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Pond Student Union Building.
