Fire Alarms – 1 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door –1 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 1 Vehicle Unlocks - 1 Escorts - 1 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 13-U02569-On 09/04/13 at approximately 0400 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U02570-On 09/04/13 at approximately 0806 hours at the Pharmacy Building, Public Safety responded to a fire alarm. Pocatello Fire Department was contacted and responded. It was found that the cause was due to a faulty smoke detector. The area was checked and found to be free of any emergency. 13-U02571-On 09/04/13 at approximately 095 hours at the Physical Science Complex, Public Safety conducted a fire drill. 13-U02572-On 9/04/13 at approximately 1004 hours at Albion Hall, Public Safety conducted a fire drill. 13-U02573-On 09/04/13 at approximately 1105 hours at the Armory Building, Public Safety conducted a fire drill. 13-U02574-On 09/04/13 at approximately 1042 hours on Stanford Street, Public Safety responded to a request for an agency assist by Pocatello. Case referred to PPD. 13-U02575-On 09/04/13 at approximately 1136 at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of a damage to an ISU Student’s vehicle that happened on Bartz Way. Case referred to Student Affairs. 13-U02576-On 09/04/13 at approximately 1149 at the G05 Lot, Public Safety responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident involving an ISU Student and an ISU Employee. An insurance accident form was completed and given to both individuals. 13-U02577-On 09/04/13 at approximately 1355 hours at the Dental Science Building, Public Safety conducted a fire drill. 13-U02579-On 09/04/13 at approximately 1416 at the College of Technology, Public Safety responded to a report of individuals smoking near the machine shop. Two ISU Students were found smoking and were reminded of the University’s smoke free policy. Case referred to Student Affairs. 13-U02582-On 09/04/13 at approximately 1307 hours at the Rendezvous Complex, Public Safety responded to a report of an individual smoking on campus. The individual or individuals had already left the area. 13-U02583-On 09/04/13 at approximately 1835 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Pond Student Union Building. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm.	No incidents were reported.	No incidents were reported.
