Fire Alarms - 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door - 5 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock - 0 13-U02028 - On 07/07/13 at approximately 0412 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm activation that occurred at the Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U02031 - On 07/07/13 at approximately 1044 hours at the Gale Life Science Building, Public Safety responded to a malfunctioning alarm panel. Smoke detector number 77 on the third floor caused the malfunction. 13-U02033 - On 07/07/13 at approximately 1751 hours at the Recreational Facility, Public Safety responded to a report of a leaking roof. On-call maintenance was contacted and responded. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm.	No incidents were reported.
