A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01992 - On 07/04/13 at approximately 0307 hours at McIntosh Manor, Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student operating vehicle with unsafe equipment. 13-U01993 - On 07/04/13 at approximately 0400 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm activation that occurred at the Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm.
