Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door –1 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 1 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 13-U01968-On 07/02/13 at approximately 0400 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01969-On 07/02/13 at approximately 0544 hour at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Early Learning Center. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01970-On 07/02/13 at approximately 0814 hours at the Physical Science Building, Public Safety responded to an alarm. The area was checked and found to be free of any emergency. It was found that an employee accidentally set off the alarm. 13-U01971-On 07/02/13 at approximately 0819 hours in the RFC Parking Lot, Public Safety responded to take a report of an accident from an ISU Employee. The individual had run into an ISU fence with an ISU vehicle on a previous date. 13-U01974-On 07/02/13 at approximately 1955 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to a non-ISU student for unsafe equipment. 13-U01975-On 07/02/13 at approximately 2030 hours at the Owen-Redfield Complex, Public Safety responded to a report of a window that was broken by an ISU Student. Case referred to Housing. 13-U01976 On 07/02/13 at approximately 2247 hours at the Education Building, Public Safety responded to a report of a broken elevator. A maintenance request was submitted. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm.	No incidents were reported.
