Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door –1 Unsecured Vehicle - 1 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 13-U01950-On 06/30/13 at approximately 0240 hours at Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU written warning to an ISU-student for failing to stop at a posted stop sign. 13-U01951-On 06/30/13 at approximately 0402 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01952-On 06/30/13 at approximately 0545 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Early Learning Center. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01954-On 06/30/13 at approximately 1055 hours at Emergency Pole #2, Public Safety responded to a 911 verify. The area was checked and found to be free of any emergency. 13-U01955-On 06/30/13 at approximately 2151 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU Written Warning to a non-ISU student for traveling 31 mph in a posted 2 mph zone. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm.	No incidents were reported.
