Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door –2 Unsecured Vehicle - 2 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 13-U01883-On 06/25/13 at approximately 0017 hours at the Business Administration Building, Public Safety responded to a report of leaky toilet in the Men’s Room. On-Call Maintenance was contacted and responded to fix the leak. 13-U01885-On 06/25/13 at approximately 0210 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Performing Arts Center. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01886-On 06/25/13 at approximately 0234 hours at the Performing Arts Center, Public Safety completed a crime prevention survey. 13-U01889-On 06/25/13 at approximately 0400 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena . A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01892-On 06/25/13 at approximately 1151 hours at the Biology Building, Public Safety responded to an alarm. The area was checked and found to be free from any emergency. 13-U01893-On 06/25/13 at approximately 2033 hours on Bartz Way, Public Safety issued an ISU citation to two ISU students for traveling 60 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm.	No incidents were reported.
