Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door –9 Unsecured Vehicle - 2 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 13-U01832-On 06/21/13 at approximately 0401 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety responded to an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01834-On 06/21/13 at approximately 0550 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of a utility problem at the Library. The lock on the west door was not working. A maintenance request was submitted for the problem. 13-U01835-On 06/21/13 at approximately 0912 hours in the G02 parking lot, Public Safety responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident involving an ISU Student driving an ISU vehicle and a Non-ISU Student. Pocatello Police was contacted and responded. One individual was given a Citizen’s Claim Procedure form. The other individual was cited for running a red light and advised to complete an ISU Auto Accident Report Form. 13-U01837-On 06/21/13 at approximately 1049 hours at the Bus Shops, Public Safety took a report of damage done to an ISU vehicle. 13-U01838-On 06/21/13 at approximately 1308 hours at the Albion Hall, Public Safety took a report of property damage to a storage shed. 13-U01839-On 06/21/13 at approximately 1554 hours at the Holt Arena, Public Safety responded to a medical call for a Non-ISU Student. Pocatello EMS was contacted and responded. The individual was transported to a local hospital for further observation. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm.	No incidents were reported.
