Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door –2 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 1 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 13-U01718-On 06/11/13 at approximately 0009 hours at Central
operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Administration
Building. An ISU maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01720-On 06/11/13 at approximately 0400 hours at Central
Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. An ISU Maintenance
Request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01722-On 06/11/13 at approximately 1008 hours at Central
Operations, Public Safety took a report of vehicle damage to an ISU motor pool
car from a non-injury accident that occurred at an off-campus location on an
earlier date. 13-U01723-On 06/11/13 at
approximately 1039 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report
of a theft of a handicap permit that occurred at McIntosh Manor at an earlier
time on this date. 13-U01724-On 06/11/13 at approximately 1258 hours in the H10 Lot,
Public Safety issued an ISU verbal warning to an ISU student for failure to
stop at a posted stop sign. 13-U01725-On 06/11/13 at
approximately 1513 hours at the Pond Student Union Building, Public Safety responded
to a report of an individual who had been injured. The individual had fallen
out of their wheelchair. Pocatello EMS was contacted and responded. The individual
was transported to the local hospital for further observation. 13-U01726-On 06/11/13 at approximately 2109 hours at Emergency Pole
#6, Public Safety responded to a 911 verify. The area was checked and found
to be free of an emergency. 13-U01728 -On 06/11/13 at
approximately 2209 hours at Turner House, Public Safety responded to a report
of individuals stuck in the elevators. On-Call Maintenance was contacted and
responded. On-Call Maintenance was able to get the individuals out of the
elevator. The elevators were shut down until maintenance could fix them. |
