Fire Alarms – 1 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door –4 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 13-U01664-On 06/06/13 at approximately 0009 hours in the H03 Lot, Public Safety was crime prevention survey and took a report of an unsecured vehicle. 13-U01669-On 06/06/13 at approximately 0400 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01670-On 06/06/13 at approximately 0722 hours at the Physical Science Building, Public Safety responded to an alarm. The area was checked and found to be free of any emergency. 13-U01671-On 06/06/13 at approximately 0920 hours at the Law Enforcement Building, Public Safety responded to a report of malfunctioning equipment. A maintenance request was submitted for the issue. 13-U01673-On 06/06/13 at approximately 1818 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Biology Building. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01674-On 06/06/13 at approximately 2219 hours at Schubert Heights, Public Safety responded to a fire alarm. Pocatello Fire Department was contacted responded. It was found that the cause was due to and unknown individual pulling the fire alarm. The area was checked and found to be free of any emergency. 13-U01675-On 06/06/13 at approximately 2338 hours at the Rendezvous Complex, Public Safety responded to a report of an individual who had been injured at a local convenience store. Pocatello Police had been contacted and responded. They stated the individual had been cleared by paramedics and sent home with a friend. A maintenance request was submitted to fix the elevator.	No incidents were reported.
