Fire Alarms – 0 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door –3 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 2 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 13-U01445-On 05/13/13 at approximately 0202 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Stephen's Performing Arts Center. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01449-On 05/13/13 at approximately 0400 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01451-On 05/13/13 at approximately 0613 hours at Frazier Hall, Public Safety responded to a report of vandalism to the lights on the north side of the building. Public Safety took pictures of the broken lights and covers. No further information at this time.	No incidents were reported.	No incidents were reported.
