Fire Alarms – 1 Fire Incidents - 0 Unsecured Door –7 Unsecured Vehicle - 0 Vehicle Jump Starts - 0 Vehicle Unlocks - 0 Escorts - 0 Malfunctioning Lights - 0 After Hours Access - 0 Room Unlock – 0 13-U01434 -On 05/12/13 at approximately 0203 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at the Performing Arts Center. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01435-On 05/12/13 at approximately 0400 hours at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an alarm at Holt Arena. A maintenance request was submitted for the alarm. 13-U01441-On 05/12/13 at approximately 0555 hours at the Dental Hygiene Clinic, Public Safety responded to a fire alarm. Pocatello Fire Department was contacted and responded. A fire detector went off for an unknown reason. The area was checked and found to be free of any emergency. 13-U01443-On 05/12/13 at approximately 1506 hours in the H10 Lot, Public Safety took a report of a non-ISU student who had been hurt in a long boarding accident. EMS was contacted and responded. Pocatello EMS treated the lacerations. The individual declined transport to an area hospital and left the area on his own.	No incidents were reported.
